"We wanted the house to be more than just a facade. More than just a message or a graphic stuck to a building. Our building was not an urban canvas paying tribute to Venturi’s “decorated shed”, instead the external facade could be experienced internally and is also a multi functional device that constantly transforms the built form from solid to void, from private to public, from opaque to translucent. By day the building is heavy and reflective and by night inverting into a soft translucent permeable light box. The operable wall or the absence of the facade enabled us to remove the idea that houses are static.
The use of operable walls, doors, curtains and glass walls enables the occupants to change the experience and environment. This architectural manipulation of space blurred the boundaries between inside and outside, the public and private realm. The manipulated spaces overlapped and borrowed the amenity and context of it’s surrounding environment."

I'm sure some have a love/hate relationship with these shoes, but personally I'm IN LOVE with them. Although, Christian Louboutins are getting SOOO PLAYED OUT (in my opinion) I cannot get over these fly little showstoppers. Named the "Fred glitter lace ups" they're definitely for a confident, funky soul. They're listed at $595 so sweetie, you better save your pennies.

The Rachel Zoe Project is back on Bravo TV for a second season. It Premieres Monday, August 24th @ 10. She has some interviews on bravotv.com but they're painfully awkward to watch. Lol Don't know why...they just are. Also, shes started her own blog-blogish type of thing called "The Zoe Reports" where she will report on her fav. fashions, what she recommends, and advice for other fashionistas. In a nutshell, I can't wait for the show to start back up again. :] :] :]

So, I love I Love Money. Yeah, yeah, I know, reality tv is bad for the mind, body, and soul but SO WHAT. Everyone has their vices... lol Regardless, that show is ridiculously funny, and who wouldn't want to see all those old Vh1 faces together again? Anyway! Hoopz won! Another Vh1 reality show under her belt. Who would have thought? She's like..super-realityTV-woman.

Personally, I was rooting for Meghan. Yeah, she's a liar, and a manipulator, but a DAMN good one. She manipulated any and mostly all of those people, and controlled most of the eliminations. lol Of course, she wasn't the most trusted person, but to those she trusted, she never fucked them over. It really would have made my day if homegirl won.

Solange just started her promo tour and for some reason I'm already over her. Well, I've been over her before she even started but that not important. What is important is that we find out which little dog she kidnapped, skinned, and glued it's fur on her bootie pumps. From the waist down Solange, it's not working.

On the completely other side of the spectrum, Vanessa looks damn good. I'm feeling this whole Herve Leger dress/skirt shit. If I had some hips, or $600 to spare you would defiantly see me in it. I think my favorite was the rainbow Leger dress Lindsey Lohan wore back in the day. Whatever, whatever, I love how she wore it. Angela looks so-so, but Vanessa outshines her by far that night. But, then again, who am I to judge?

Finally!! I've been anticipating this for MONTHS. She flies under the radar on various occasions because she works behind the scenes, but Rachel Zoe is responsible for styling some of the most recognized celebrities ever. You may remember her and Nicole Richie had some had some beef last year and Nicole called my girl a "raisin face" but that's beside the point. The point is... This lucky lil bitch gets ALL the clothes. Man, you don't know what I would give to trade closets with her. sheesh... The Rachel Zoe Project follows and documents famed stylist Rachel Zoe and shows us what it's like to be one of the top stylists for the celebrities. I watched the little preview episode and I'm already addicted. Damn reality shows. lol But her team, Taylor and Brad are a great addition to the show. They have very different styles but I can see how with the help of them Rachel Zoe puts together some fabulous ensembles. lol Bravo further explains it as:

"Every week viewers will get to see Zoe and her team struggle to balance putting her at the forefront of a new design business, while insuring that she has plenty of time for the one-on-one requirements of her successful business as an A-list celebrity stylist, where she's on call 24-hours-a-day to shop, shape, and council, racing from meetings with designers at their showrooms to coast-to-coast hunting for unique clothes and accessories.
